Company ABC is one of the leading food manufacturing enterprises in Binh Duong, operating a 24/7 production line. This requires a stable, clean water supply that meets strict food safety standards to ensure product quality and compliance with the Ministry of Health’s regulations.
Before the project was implemented, the plant’s water source faced several challenges: high levels of iron and manganese, hardness exceeding allowable limits, and unstable water pressure. These factors led to rapid scale buildup, reduced equipment lifespan, increased maintenance costs, and posed a potential risk to the quality of the final products.
The main objectives of the project were to design and install a modern industrial water filtration system to:
Ensure that the treated water meets QCVN 01-1:2018/BYT standards, guaranteeing safe water for food production.
Stabilize water pressure and flow rate, maintaining continuous operation of the production line without interruptions.
Minimize scaling and corrosion of equipment, significantly reducing maintenance costs and improving overall production efficiency.
